Finally done! This has been in the works for about a week now. Here, you can adopt OCs that I had in my head. They are all babies. When you adopt a Shaymin, I will send you a note with a picture of their Sky Forme. There are some rules you absolutely NEED to read before adopting:

1. You can only adopt ONE.
2. You cannot edit the information I give about the Shaymin you're adopting (moves, personality, etc.).
3. You cannot make the OC you adopt related to one of your other OCs (a sister, cousin, etc.). Friends are fine.
4. Only adopt if you're going to make it well known to people-- don't adopt a Shaymin and then not draw it at all!
5. Even though the OC you're adopting is yours, remember the IDEA of the OC was my own, so you still need to say that it's copyrighted by me.

Name origin: She gets her name from her frosting-white fur and the seeds that resemble sprinkles. The pink, blue and green spots in her fur and different colored flowers bring to mind confetti cake.
