Family gathering dilemma

At the Joy's house, some members of the family have come to visit. They all consist of Happiny, Chansey, and Blissey.
One of the guests, a Chansey named Betty, approaches Magenta and asks, "Is the surprise ready yet?"
She replies, "Let me check."
Magenta quietly walks into Tootsie's room. She has been done with her nap for a while now.
"Come on, Tootsie," Magenta coaxes to her. She picks her up out of the crib, sticks her inside her pouch, and walks into the living room.
She announces, "Attention everyone! It's time for the moment you've all been waiting for! I present to you the newest member of our family, the one, the only..." Magenta pulls Tootsie out of her pouch and holds her up. "...Tootsie Pie!"
"Puku puk!" Tootsie squeaks happily.
Everyone oohs and aahs at the baby Pokemon. She is now on a cart, sitting on a pillow.
"She will be here for you to interact with," Magenta informs everyone. "Go ahead- make contact. She may take a liking to you."
A Blissey, named Joline, comes. "Hi there," she says. She picks her up and gently rocks her. Tootsie smiles, rubbing her head against Joline's fur.
She shows Tootsie to her adolescent Chansey daughter, Jennifer.
"Isn't she cute? See, she's waving to you. Say hi, Tootsie."
But all little Tootsie could say was "Puk!"
Rolling her eyes, she says, "Yeah, she's great... _{like I care.}"
One Chansey, Teresa, sees Tootsie's "stone" is slightly tinted yellow. She takes it out of her pouch.
"Hey, this doesn't feel like a stone at all... this feels like... like..."
Everyone gasps.
"No, silly. I gave that egg to her. She didn't want to carry a rock."
By the time Teresa turns around, Tootsie is holding her arms up, saying "Puku, puku, puku!" Teresa then opens Tootsie's pouch and places the egg back inside.
Another Chansey named Kanako sees Tootsie. She gently pinches her cheek.
Tootsie is not very happy because Kanako did that.
"Why does she look angry?" she asked Magenta.
Embarrased, Magenta replies, "Eheh... I guess she doesn't like having her cheeks pinched. My bad."
Magenta then takes Tootsie off the cart and lets her run around for a little bit. A few cousins, who are also Happiny, see Tootsie. However, they are not very nice to her.
"You're not supposed to hold an egg, stupid. Your instincts tell you to hold a stone after you're born."
"Yeah," another one said. "It makes us who we are. Now go!"
Tootsie sniffs and her eyes fill with tears. She covers her eyes with her hands and walks away shamefully. One of the cousins, however, has a better nature toward Tootsie.
"Don't feel bad. You do what's best for you and don't let others put you down." She pulls out a soft cloth.
"Now dry your eyes," She wipes the tears off Tootsie's face. She feels better now, and hugs her nice cousin.
"Aww, how sweet," she says, and pets her on the head.

Later on, Tootsie is on the table drinking some formula. There is a Chansey in front of the table. Tootsie spots the winglike appendages protruding from her head.
...Unfortunately, that Chansey is Jennifer.
Being only a baby, Tootsie's natural desire to pull on things gets the better of her. She toddles to the end of the table. The 3 objects are just in reach. She reaches up and manages to grasp one. Once ahold, she puts her feet up. She is now hanging as if it were a vine.
"OW!!" Jennifer shouts. She turns around and grabs Tootsie while she is in midair.
"Why you little..."
Tootsie stares at Jennifer with a sad look on her face. Suddenly, she starts crying.
Joline comes and says, "Jennifer, you know she's only a baby! A newborn baby! She doesn't know any better!"
Joline tries comforting the crying Happiny by petting her. However, Tootsie still continues sobbing. Joline sees that there is formula left in her bottle. She puts it to Tootsie's mouth. Of course, she starts to drink it. After she finishes she feels much better. She squeaks happily and hiccups.
Even though it was about 4 hours after she woke from her nap, Tootsie was very tired. Magenta gave Tootsie her dinner, then bathed her. Others who saw talked and kept Tootsie company during her bath and offered to shampoo and wash her. She left off a wonderful scent afterwards.
When everyone was leaving, Magenta said, "Say bye to Tootsie!"
"Puuuk..." Tootsie moaned. She waved goodbye and Magenta put her to bed. She fell asleep immediately. Magenta decided not to have any of these little family gatherings again... At least, for a while.
